I'm still in a little bit of a shock.... but for once the deadbeat isn't getting away with something! For starters...
~ The car loan that my husband has been contesting as being illegally purchased in his name (compliments of his ex and a forged power of attorney)....has been taken out of his name and put solely in her name after proper documentation was provided to the bank.
~ The bank repossessed the car from her on the 18th. And will sell it, and go after her for the remaining balance after they sell it. (Kinda makes me want to buy it. )
~ And the icing on the cake, they are refunding him the money that they yanked from his account when she stopped paying on it, I get to pick that up today from the lawyer's office!
Good day!!!!! Finally, the good guys win one!

Still remembering the hand clapping, boot stomping, good time I had at the Carolina Chocolate Drops show last night. The energy between the artists and crowd was just on another level. Love and passion were just going back and forth all night. How can you stand in front of someone doing the following without a big grin across your face and letting out a hoot and a holler?

And then beat the bastards with it
And always hold on when you get love
So you can let go when you give it

The worst mistake people make in political arguments is assuming that the other side is not trying to do the right thing. This simple oversight makes productive conversation nearly impossible.

Having lots of things happen that would have stressed me out a lot just a few months ago, yet feeling peaceful and focused instead. A bit of stress still, but such a difference!
Really beautiful to see my efforts paying off so clearly, if slowly.
