Have had two incidents, one today and one yesterday, of laughing uncontrollably at comments written by two different NT forum members. I haven't laughed this hard in a long time. Seeing the world in an unexpected new way.
Happy because the short winter day has gotten just a couple minutes longer, and the sunlight has gotten just a teensy bit warmer, here in the Northern Hemisphere. I can't feel it yet, but I know it's happening.
My email inbox was all cleaned up because I worked on it a couple days ago. I got rid of some old spam and made sure everything was marked 'read.' I no longer have 400+ unread messages.
I recovered quickly from a stomach virus, without ever throwing up.
I felt happy when I drew pictures of an arts and crafts item, which doesn't exist yet and is in the 'wishful thinking' phase right now, that I would like to make and sell from home. I would be even happier if I actually made it.

Over this past weekend some time, I broke a crown. I figured it could be cemeted back together so I waited till I got to work Monday and called the dentist. The dentist could see me at 2pm, so I went in ... and was there until 4-something ... and came out over $600 lighter in my Flex account. I felt really really needy, like I wanted to put my head down on my desk and cry. He was also talking about perhaps needing to do a crown lengthening procedure, which, if necessary, will cost another at least $600 (in copays). I was really depressed, had some suicidal ideation and was irrational and grouchy with a co-worker and smart-aleckey to a client's staff person.
But today I did my taxes online and I'm getting such a huge refund that I can spend another thousand bucks at the dentist and still have some left over in case the furnace blows this year.
Whew, thank God and whoever did the tax code this year. It really IS going to be all right.

My favorite program is on TV again!!!I was sitting outside the classroom waiting to go in, and I saw an airplane hit the tower. The TV was obviously on. I used to fly myself and I said, "There's one terrible pilot."

If you don't agree about my MBTI type, you can complain about it here. I've had plenty of people telling me I'm something else, in my reputation box. That's annoying.

Took a walk in the woods by the creek at Fisherman's Paradise. The trees were tall and dark and an owl hooted far away...
My Harry Potter audiobook came in the mail and I'm listening to it.
Tried the new jalapeno burger at Burger King and liked it.
Read online about mixed metaphors and laughed uncontrollably. (It's not rocket surgery.)

I didn't have class so I didn't have to trek through the mountains of snow.
Tomorrow is Friday and the boy is coming up. That makes me really happy just thinking about it.
