    Smile The Abreaction

What made me happy today was that I had a powerful abreaction.

Yes, I abreacted in public. This can be a socially dangerous thing to do, but I must have chosen just the right place, or perhaps I was ripe to feel something openly that I haven't felt before - and certainly not acted out in public.

My abreaction was so emotionally powerful it caused two women to approach me. One to try and stop me and one to understand me. Yes, high emotion is highly contagious.

But the kicker in all this was I knew I was abreacting so I was able to control it to a degree, but most of all I was able to understand it.

For abreacting is a way of telling oneself something I have kept secret from myself. And the secret is to be able to listen to oneself and understand what is going on.

It's a bit like being cleansed. It's a bit like going for a swim in the ocean of emotion - to dive down to the bottom of the ocean and bring up a pearl of understanding.

So you can understand why I am happy today - deeply happy - happy as the ocean.

See the thing about not being insecure, is that I don't feel like I have to answer that question at all.
