    Heard this song again:

[Trump's] rhetoric is not an abuse of power. In the same way that it's also not against the law to do a backflip off of the roof of your house onto your concrete driveway. It's just mind-numbingly stupid and, to say the least, counterproductive. - Bush did 9-11

    Saw @Eruca posting.
'One of (Lucas) Cranach's masterpieces, discussed by (Joseph) Koerner, is in it's self-referentiality the perfect expression of left-hemisphere emptiness and a precursor of post-modernism. There is no longer anything to point to beyond, nothing Other, so it points pointlessly to itself.' - Iain McGilChrist

Suppose a tree fell down, Pooh, when we were underneath it?"
"Suppose it didn't," said Pooh, after careful thought.
    Piglet was comforted by this.
    - A.A. Milne.

I spontaneously bought donuts for two of my coworkers today, to congratulate them on sending out a mailing, and thank them for their hard work on said mailing (which I also worked on). One of the two coworkers (ENFJ 3w2) is at my level, and the other coworker (INFJ 6w7) is one of my two supervisees.

In my typical endearingly, self-deprecatingly, and played-up-for-humor awkward fashion, I stopped by their offices individually, knocked on the door, quickly handed them a donut, said "To celebrate the completed mailing. That is all.", and then ran away.

What made me happy today: The thank-you email that my INFJ supervisee sent me, which contained the best possible picture for the situation.

I finally have a vague plan for my film project. It's not 100% decided since my teacher has to approve it, but it feels good to have an idea of what I'm doing.

Watched Angie Tribeca. Reminded me of Airplane. Very funny.

My daughter offering some juice to her stuffed monkey. Also, her enjoying the elephants at the zoo the way she did.

    And a few good reads...
