I've totally tricked out my productivity, doing a lot of different things which I'm sure are seriously inconsequential in the grand or not so grand scheme of things but its something besides screen time and internetz

Someone complimented about a new messenger bag I got from a bookstore.
If you make decisions based upon people's reactions or judgments then you make really boring choices.

The more people love you, the more there's going to be people that hate you.

I'm crazy and I don't pretend to be anything else.

Lunch-time exploration of the dark places in this 9 story mall I work in. I found a two intertwining industrial staircases descending into a pitch black basement with a dead rat as a warning on the stairs. As a bonus outside the exit I witnessed a fight with between two vagrants crossing heavy aluminum poles like in an Errol Flynn movie, one using a skateboard deck as a shield. They ran off because the police arrived, nobody was hurt.

My diabetes was well controlled despite eating a lot of peaches and cream, my present favourite thing, although I have to say that the amount of meds and strenuous physical exercise involved me that I'm always focusing on illness and, I dont know, a sort of deficit in my self. Its a struggle.

Also the amazing sunset on the way home from the gym, getting off work and there being no mayhem in the workplace, I also bought some eccles cakes, havent seen them in forever, saw a girl at the gym working out who had no legs and only one arm and an incomplete set of fingers on the hand of the arm she did have, made me grateful to only have a shot pancreas.
