I am becoming an EXPERT at patient documentation. Damn, I can crank those suckers out in no time. So efficient compared to where I was. I wrote up I think 6 patients today and only had to make a couple changes based on my clinical instructor's feedback.Your kisses, sweeter than honey. But guess what, so is my money.
