I found a book store. A little independent bookstore on the corner of 4th Street and 13th Avenue, across the street from Central Memorial Park. The park is home to the city's oldest library, a Carnegie library.
It's nice. It's refreshing to step in the door of a bookstore and be greeted by the owner rather than tables and shelves full of "best-sellers", the latest biographies from one celebrity or another, knick-knacks of all sorts and an entire section devoted to hawking e-readers.
Picked up a Droid Razr Maxx HD for $175 on Amazon. I lost my unlimited data plan, but using the verizon analyzer I normally use between 1-1.5gb per month and the 2GB plan was $20 cheaper a month then my unlimited, so no complaints there.
Take what I say with a grain of salt, because that's all it is compared to the ocean of complexity when it comes to actions and real life.
