    Went running... and enjoyed it!

Had no idea until today, how big a role breathing plays in it. Two miles seemed like an absolute breeze once I started breathing slowly and deeply.
    and it's nice enough to
    make a man
    weep, but I don't
    weep, do
    you?

My nice warm bed this morning
Masquerading as a normal person day after day is exhausting.

I had no idea until recently how big a role breathing plays in seemingly everything. My favorite yoga dvd talks about how the mind is the future, the body the past, and the breath the bridge in the present to span both. Such a lovely thought.

Oh, and today I am happy because of how gloriously sunny it is outside.

Very interesting! I've never done yoga and don't know much about the sort of zen philosophy that goes with it, but it seems intriguing and different from anything else I've experienced.

    It is sunny here too!

I am happy that it is not only sunny, but cool enough for me to bust out my favorite boots, that I haven't worn since the spring.

Ran a mile in 12 minutes today, burnt 128 calories doing that, also, the feeling I got after going to the gym tonight.

The phrase "Not in again today, shit has hit the fan, I'm off on a bender."

I'm going to post this everywhere, it makes me giggle every time.

Terrible things happen to good people every day.
Consequentially, I am not one of the good people.
I am one of the terrible things.
