Should I take a shower or leave it till morning?
Masquerading as a normal person day after day is exhausting.

Waiting till morning. But I feel kind of nasty and I think I'd feel better if I take a shower.

Yay, I had the most wonderful verbal battle with my roomie. I feel so wonderfully aggressive now [/end sarcasm]
Anything that you haven't fought for isn't going to be appreciated. It takes blood, sweat, and a large amount of tears before you appreciate what you have.

Take one now. Always makes me feel better.

I was given an anti-anxiety med to deal with my stress in which everything that can go wrong, is going wrong. I feel still very much upset, just...more internal about it? I'm not sure if that was the desired effect or if I enjoy it. I guess it helps other people not having to listen to be moan and wail about like a fish.

How long have you been taking it? It can take awhile to get used to and for the medicine to kick in. Definitely talk to your doctor, but as long as you're not feeling suicidal or anything, maybe give it a little bit longer.

Yeah. I know what you mean. For me, the med. just takes the edge off. It really doesn't take the anxiety away. I'm not sure exactly what you mean by "more internal" about it... I actually feel that the meds. make it more difficult for me socially. While I'm on the anti-anxiety med., I can act "normally" socially and conduct daily tasks in a "normal" way, I still feel bad inside. It feels alienating because everyone thinks that I'm just fine when everything could be further from the truth. And yeah, most people don't want to here about suffering. So we suffer in silence.
