Is it really necessary to have an article in the National Constitution that basically says "everything that is not prohibitted, is permitted"? Seems like a waste of paper and ink.

Sounds a little like the tenth amendment of the U.S. Constitution.

"My" article says "people are neither obliged to do what the Constitution doesn't order, nor be privated of what the Constitution doesn't prohibit" plus other silly stuff about public morals and private actions that don't hurt anyone being only judged by God and whatever. I don't know if it's similar to the 10th amendment...

It says something about how all powers not given to the federal government are given to the states, or the people.

I wonder if I'll get permabanned one day

Haha no. Although it's odd to think about. So many people get from this site. It's like a morbid desire but I don't want it if that makes sense.

do not go too close to the flame, Forever! moths teach us a valuable lesson about that sort of behavior!

though I have an impulse at times to do something dreadful that'd get me banned, so I can understand that in a way... however, I value being here more than I value the momentary glee of doing something like creating a "post a porn example of what turns you on" thread, so I don't

meaning, if I post that thread you KNOW that I'm taking myself out
