You. You're gonna workout for one hour today, and you are going to like it. Period.
When I really don't want to workout, I don't think about actually working out, I just focus on putting my workout clothes on. After I've changed, it's much easier to shame myself into just getting going haha.

This tactic works for a lot of stuff. Start the setup process for doing something you don't want to do, and it's easier to do it. In my experience starting is the hardest part. Such as the fact that I am lab and have to work up a reaction and don't want to, but I know once I stand up from my chair I'll pound out a good several hours doing shit. Still. standing... Ugh .

    Too true!
It's actually hilarious when I want to dig my heels about working out, but then about a few minutes into it, my body feels very good and relaxed and I keep on going.

It helps to buy very cute gym gear.

    This.
Once you think about it, it becomes increasingly difficult. Just act on it and don't think about it. Very hard for me to do.

PS: I did my one hour workout and I feel great!

I'm having fun checking photos from my friends and deleting their eyebrows. They're all scared of how horrible they are without them. Then they go look themselves in the mirror and they like what they see. Best self-esteem treatment ever.

I can't overstate how closely ENTJs love of efficiency is tied to the fact that we're all basically bums. All things equal, I'd just eat food and never put on pants...ever.

Also i meant to quote @Wind Up Rex's post as well this post would make more sense with that, but i was on my phone and i thought i had it selected but i didnt

I have so many things to do, and have even planned which days I'm gonna do the things on my to-do list.

Its kind of odd that Im actually kind of pissed that I got like a million responses to my online introduction for one of my classes. It feels intrusive for some really illogical reason. Kind of horrible, but never said it wasnt. This isnt a 'humble brag' or anything like that- I cant even bring myself to look at the responses- but that feels also horrible. UGH damn. Not sure why I dont want people to be friendly to me... good god.
