    I just read a really good article about merry and serious types in socionics and jeez...I think I am indeed a merry type, subjectivist trait fits me so much.

    Running with some good trance does the trick for me. When I feel anxiety more than a level I'm comfortable with, I feel I just have to physically get it out of my system. Good luck!
