Hmm... last night my friend found out, through my own slip-up, that I still have unrequited feelings for him. He said we needed to be apart for some time; so I asked him to give me a year away from him, so that I can forget it all and move on...

It's beautiful, good day. No chances to get bored.

Edit:Okay after rethinking that may be post-shopping state of mind.

    Dear Sinead:

Please do not jump off the bridge. I thought you were terrific in Star Trek: The Motion Picture and more recently Dead Pool. I hope you make a full recovery soon.

    Sincerely,

What do you think this is? Weak intuition? Weak Ni or Ne? I am really curious.
    An opinion. :o

It's an instance of inferior Ne. But what would that teach you?

Gonna make some sleepytime tea and enact my new "forced disengagement from technology at midnight" rule soon.

Wish me good luck falling asleep before 4 am tonight!

And I'll be logging from the forum now.

A 19 year old guy was shot dead by the police yesterday in a nearby town after shooting around and taking hostages at a cinema with what turned out to be an alarm pistol, an alarm rifle and a fake grenade. There were children among the terrified crowd.

The fact that he made no demands and did not seem to have any political or religious motivation as well as the comparative harmlessness of his weapons suggest it might have been a case of suicide-by-cop. Too early to tell though. Some sources say he seemed to have mentalhealth issues.

Nobody but the perpetrator was injured.

Some are critizing that the current terrorism hysteria has made the police more trigger happy and that they guy might have been arrested alive with a more cautious approach, but just imagine the gun had been real and the guy had really killed people in there (including children!) while the police was standing by. Then you would have an outcry.
