My dream is to have a fenced in yard large enough to own two 100+ lb Great Danes.

Danes are pretty inactive. You could keep one in an apartment. Of course they are prone to flatulate so being in a small enclosed space with them may not be ideal.

Frosty, I don't think you're the one with the temperature calibration problem.

    Thank you!

Though I mean I am a litlte bit cold undersensitive, even compared to other frosty freaks from around here. Im the person who walks around with coat unzipped and no gloves and stuff in a blizzard... And doesnt even really flinch. The cold is refreshing, revitalizing. The cold means that your body has to work harder to do the same shit it does in the cold-your molecules move slower so you have to FIGHT harder... You cant be all sluggish like the spoiled summer weather people. No no, cold is empowering, strengthening! Build up your defenses in the cold, summer is when the wimps sweat all of theirs out. Give me the cold any day and I will embrace it with frosty fever.

And the cold always reminds me of jack londons to build a fire so I always feel super uh, well, I dunno I sort of role play that a little bit and feel like a warrior or something. Though it doesnt end well for the main character...

I love the cold. Thats what I am saying. The heat is oppressive and intolerable.

Well not always but yeah, we have a love hate relationship.

This was quite a bit of explanation and uh yeah tangenting.
@21lux is somehow wrong in his weather judgement or something-is the main point here. This just is NOT a preference thing.

my baby is around 110 in weight. lbs wise.

her parents are huge. her daddy is 201 and mommy is 118. both her parents, as well as her are of a gentle loving disposition. beorn is correct though, they do fart but its managable if you play with their diet also they are lazy after they aged some. they are hyper an do have a lot of energy in the first year, im in the 2nd year with my girl. she has blossomed to be a wonderful addition to the home. they do need companionship an socializing. anxiety weaks havoc on their health when they fail to get these things. based off what i have seen with the rearing of her parents, having another play pal is good. preferably the same size. down side that i can think of, your turf in the back yard will get worn out.

i love the cuddling, relaxing part with her. she is like a huge gaseous sleeping pillow that you have to position proper, otherwise if you end up at the wrong end with a nostril full. lol

Welcome to Phoenix, Arizona (or at least a suburb not far from it), the most biodiverse region in the world. We just had our hottest February ever, beating the previous record by over 4 degrees.

Where I live, anything below 75 degrees is definite jacket weather!

And it never snows. Ever. Not even a smidgeon. Doesn't really ever rain either.

You can see heat wave mirages rising off the asphalt well into September.

Only rich people have (non-dead) grass in their yards.

I don't know what the color green is except from what I've seen of pictures.

    help me

My dog is a stray, but there's a pretty good chance he's got some Great Dane in him based on looks and behavior. He's definitely got the affection/social neediness that a lot of Dane owners describe. That's actually what made me want a Great Dane eventually... I feel like I've definitely got the partial experience, but half the size. I love the cuddliness. I don't love the farts. He's also likely part working/hunting dog breed, though, so he has the high-energy and needs a LOT of exercise every day. He's also very, very dominant, intelligent, and territorial... So obedience training was necessary. It's a good mix though... Wouldn't trade him for the world.

Best guess is a Catahoula Leopard Dog/Great Dane mix:
