Someone thought I was mad at them because I've apparently not spoken to them the past few days, it was surprising as intimated by "apparently" so I uh, laughed at them...a lot...

    I'm not awkward, you're awkward.
“The moon had been observing the earth close-up longer than anyone...the moon remained silent; it told no stories. All it did was embrace the heavy past with a cool, measured detachment...No one could unlock the heart of the moon. Aomame...asked, “Have you gone to bed with someone in your arms lately?”
The moon did not answer.
“Do you have any friends?” she asked.
The moon did not answer.
“Don’t you get tired of always playing it cool?”
The moon did not answer.”

Well I don't want to do it, but mutliple people (that don't know each other) have told me that I need to go on meds, so I will defer to their judgement. I don't believe seroquel will do the job for me, and will make things worse. Nevertheless, experts are experts, their reasonings aren't wrong and my basis is largely internal and subjective. Only way to definitively know is to begin trial and error, as is the case with most mental medications. It's one thing to know how a system works, it's another thing to actually BE in that system. I have already set up some checks and people to watch me, and to keep track of my experiences and changes.

Track it all yourself, be very, very precise too, times you're taking them each day, be very consistent and review two days in, a week in, a fortnight in, yourself, being consistent and precise with that too. I did that with my diabetic medication and a lot of good habits were formed on the back of that, generally, which have proven great throughout the whole of my life besides just managing this one aspect of my health.

Expertise is important, so is your own individual experience, I'm certain that there's professionals who'll want to know the precise information you gather because they'll have to make accountable decisions on the back of that.

What I would say is that there ought not to be any stigma associated with using medications or treatments that help, whatever the illness happens to be. For life. Remember.

xSTPs are so shitty at typing other people lol. I guess it's because the Se means they might not make connections beyond the surface and the lack of Fi means they aren't as dedicated in personal psychoanalysis. Not that SPs can't be good at making connections, it just needs introspection we might not all get to. Not gonna name names even though I want to.

And can't wait to get high this weekend. This week's been annoyingly long.
