Idealism isn't hot if you're an unemployed man in his autumn years, especially if you also suffer from a compulsion towards junk food. And I sat opposite such a man, who was railing on against corporations and copyright law (which as an artist, I benefit from by the way), for two whole hours tonight. Though at least he was as good a listener as he was a talker.

Still, shove that dogmatism into the body of a 20 y/o female and it's oh so different. Suddenly it becomes cute, if not amusing. I was imagining a sweet, passionate but equally ignorant voice instead and fucking some sense into it all evening.
    No, it's still irritating.

That's a myth. Doesn't matter when you eat stuff, only matters whether you exceed your calorie needs regularly.

Either way, you're getting garbage, mostly.....
    What's garbage about soy?

Actually I heard it was 80% beef and 20% hash browns maybe not exactly, but this is America still. If I can I'll get chicken instead and their steak used to be pretty consumable but idk what it is now, it's like really nasty.

So if you eat right before you sleep, you're not gaining weight?

No, not unless it makes you go over your calorie needs, and you do that regularly.

Soy is actually very bad for men. It reduces testosterone. And since soy is in almost every product....

But the filler is not just soy. It manufactured and artificial, hyper processed garbage.

Let's just say I would rather have 100% beef in my beef tacos......

It can also contribute to cancer in women.

Americans are kind of dumb when it comes to "health" food. They'll read something about soy being good for us, then eat a lot more than is necessary for our bodies.

I have read that soy being bad for men is a myth. There are way more studies proving it has no effect on testosterone then there are proving it does. Even studies showing that soy protein has similiar muscle building effects as whey protein. Now I have also read that it's not good to consume products that are soy, but made to look like other things because of all the additives required to accomplish that.
Take what I say with a grain of salt, because that's all it is compared to the ocean of complexity when it comes to actions and real life.
