Never tried it, but maybe I will. I hate taking showers, detest them, so if there is another way to take a shower that might give me the "incentive" to do so, I guess it's worth a try.

Once I get fhe internet installed in my apartment, I think I might give Vent a try.

Don't try to get water in it.

What is a manic pixie dream girl?

It refers to "that bubbly, shallow cinematic creature that exists solely in the fevered imaginations of sensitive writer-directors to teach broodingly soulful young men to embrace life and its infinite mysteries and adventures." A pretty, outgoing, whacky romantic lead whose sole purpose is to help broody male characters lighten up and enjoy their lives.

Not going to pretend I'm going to like "miss" David Bowie, because I really never listened to his music. But I'm going to listen to his stuff right now.

EDIT: listened to his stuff for over a half an hour; not my thing sorry. But he was probably a great person.

    Back from my ban!

    And I learned.....NOTHING!

'One of (Lucas) Cranach's masterpieces, discussed by (Joseph) Koerner, is in it's self-referentiality the perfect expression of left-hemisphere emptiness and a precursor of post-modernism. There is no longer anything to point to beyond, nothing Other, so it points pointlessly to itself.' - Iain McGilChrist

Suppose a tree fell down, Pooh, when we were underneath it?"
"Suppose it didn't," said Pooh, after careful thought.
    Piglet was comforted by this.

Snow, tea, classical music and library books. What a wonderful day. And the best part is, I have off tomorrow.

Today I had to go to my parents' house to pick up my cat. Rummaging around in their kitchen I found superman ice cream, which I was very excited about because @Frosty had just mentioned blue moon ice cream in that one thread and i had a distinct craving for it after that. It was delicious.
