I'm not sure on that. I've never tried it with the buffalo nickels.

Is this meant to be a variant on a mathematical truth expressed by Billy Preston? I'm not sure if I agree.

It's something really simple. Explore it.

Tied with Hunky Dory for best Bowie album. Word on a Wing is the most brilliant hidden gem in his entire catalogue.

I personally don't grieve his death but it did make me revisit the rich gold mine that is his entire 70's production, plus Scary Monsters (because Robert Fripp) and minus Pin Ups (because fuck that album).

The melody in this one regularly worms its way into my mind and nests there until I have to purge it with a front to back listen of Ziggy Stardust. Endless repeated listens these last few days.

    I FEEL ALRIGHT

I would create a blog about dealing with my own sort of addiction but I'd be worried that no one would think it was a serious enough problem to constitute an addiction. The reality is that I can not stop buying books. I get rid of them but then I buy more.

If any topic takes my interest or someone mentions something new to me or something I dont know much about is in the news or media my first response is to buy a book about it or search for a book about it and add stuff to my wishlist on amazon is virtually as good as my buying it.

I'm even beginning to think that my whole career, life choices including desires to go back to university, which is kind of a fantasy with each passing day, are all to do with this same crazy addiction to books.
