I've picked a hole in my scalp and I can't stop.

I've just put some on, and it's a good sting. Sadly, my anxiety has exacerbated my dermatillomania so my skin is a mess at the moment :C

Fresh aloe vera...do you have a plant? We had a girl stay with us at our family home years ago, she was literally covered head to toe is the worst case of red scaly itchy psoriasis I have ever seen... her parents were doctors and didn't do anything about it, even after speaking with my mother... poor girl felt ashamed to be seen. My mother (another enfp do gooder) decided to try to help... we had aloe plants and each day my mother would apply the sap from the leaves to her skin... within three months there was hardly any left... and she didn't have to touch and horrid cortisone creams....

    I'll shut up now.

I don't have any, but today is a day off and I think it might be time to invest in my very own plant. Aloe is the best <3
