Amazing. Right up there with the "why didn't they just fly to Mordor on the giant eagles" question, re: LOTR.
I've used that as a "Why INTJs tend not to be the heroes of movies" explanation. INTJ solutions tend to be very anticlimactic.
As my INTJ manager puts it, "I want you to be a ROCK STAR, not a HERO." A Hero comes in when things go wrong and saves the day. A Rock Star has instead already handled the problem long before it ever became an issue. In essence, if I do my job right, no one will notice unless I tell them that I took care of it.
An argument is two people sharing their ignorance.
A discussion is two people sharing their understanding, even when they disagree.
YAAAAAAS. I've been freaking the fuck out over these all morning. Oh my god, Skarsgard, wtfffff.
"Ours is essentially a tragic age, so we refuse to take it tragically. The cataclysm has happened, we are among the ruins, we start to build up new little habitats, to have new little hopes. It is rather hard work: there is now no smooth road into the future: but we go round, or scramble over the obstacles. We’ve got to live, no matter how many skies have fallen."
