Most of the ceremony was just esoteric mumbo-jumbo, which kind of annoyed me (blog post on academia later), but I still felt so wonderful. Before walking across the stage, we signed our name and graduation year on a piece of paper. I was so nervous that my handwriting came out like a kindergartener's. But I walked that stage, looking confident in front of hundreds of people. As I walked off the stage, I tripped a little bit, because my legs were shaky.

I felt like a powerful, high-powered businesswoman in my spiffy outfit. (Hehe...during the whole reception, I pretended I was an ENTJ 3.) As my family walked back out to the car, I was listening to the clicking of my heels on the sidewalk. My sister was walking next to me pretending to be someone who worked for my company. "I want that report in by tomorrow at 3 PM sharp. Now excuse me, I have a meeting," I told her. My dad even said I looked like myself from an alternate and opposite universe!

Oh yeah, and I guess I'm proud of my academic performance. Whatever.
Oh hey! Cool! Welcome, fellow Honor Society member I actually forgot I was a part of it until you mentioned it hehe. Hmm, maybe I should browse their website again to see if anything's new...

All these darned MBTI tests asking me how I act at parties... Hah. They assume I go to parties. That's cute.

Emotions are hitting me massively hard right now and I'd love to tap into them for a bit of creative play time, but alas, it's time for bed

That kind of definition would be much too broad.

I am sorry that you are impressed by anything associated with Dawkins.

I was talking with a coworker about a singer and I was drawing a blank when it came to her nationality, when suddenly I called her a Nord... (Tuve Lo, btw). The person looked at me weirdly and I was like... what? She's a Nord... tall'ish, blonde & blue... and then it dawned on me... SCANDINAVIAN!!! *face palm*

I tend to take documentaries with a grain of salt. Interviews with those on the opposing side are always full of oddball tangential questions. They also often employ the tactic of just leaving silence after the person finishes speaking, all in order to make them look like dumbasses.

But showcasing stuff like machinery built to get around not working on the Sabbath.. now that is gold.
