    I discussed with some coworkers how sometimes the best thing for a company is not to bring in someone from the outside who doesn't know everything that's been going on, but someone who started from the ground up and rose through the ranks.

    Also took a picture with some coworkers... I felt awkward, though, because I was in desperate need of a haircut.

    I've been studying up on Socionics lately and it's finally starting to come together for me. I actually like the more "structured" approach to things. It's still incredibly subjective but the boxes are more defined, sources are clearer (imo), and conflicts of interpretation more easy to trace and resolve.

    Conversion is imminent.
