I gave up trying. Biological clock does whatever the hell it wants. Oh if only the planet ran on 28 hour days, not 24.
28 hours would be perfect. I would say that then I'd have enough time to dick around on the internet and sleep but, to be honest, I'd probably spend the extra 4 hours doing the same unimportant stuff as usual and still not get enough sleep.
No idea how 16-year-old me religiously went to bed at 9:30 every night...
