Any recommendations for someone who loved Borgen and the Scandinavian originals of The Killing and The Bridge?

You know, the Austin Powers movies seem kind of dated in some ways, especially in their depiction of dwarves, but one thing that I still think is kind of funny is the satire on how incompetent most Bond villains are by explaining their evil plan to the Bond, and giving away their intentions out of pride.

I remember this one time I was sick and I was in high school and something happened on the TV and my mom asked me if I heard of a specific thing, and I said that I had heard of a specific thing. I knew something had happened that was kind of a big deal, but then I just spent the next seven years thinking about how I can make a lot of money and become the richest person in the country so I can marry a traditional woman.
