Just started working out again and crazy sore today.

If you ever find yourself at a gym and they don't have heavy enough weight static holds combined with more explosive movements will still give a really good workout. Hotel gyms rarely go above 35lb dumbells and have never seen any above 50lb dumbells.
    Im out, its been fun

I'm like a fucking dog the way I thrive off attention.

My manager came to me this morning to say I was doing a great job at work. I'm not doing it explicitly for him - I work straight commission - but I'd be lying if I said I didn't do things aiming to be the best.

you can not deny the truth. well you can but it's bad for your skin and you'd never go upwards if you have bad skin or something. some reason good skin is important just not sure how

Yeah. I can handle one overly reactive person like that, but if a crowd joins in and it's me versus a crowd, the outcome has historically not been good.

I'm not usually up-to-date on the latest things that are acceptable to say on that particular week, which usually gets me in trouble. I don't care if other people talk about them, but what gets me mad is when people act like I'm selfish for not wanting to talk about them or get involved in them. People always bug me about this stuff like my voice is the only one that matters (it almost seems like they want me to be a messianic white male savior figure), but there are plenty of other people to talk to about this, many of whom need more education than I do. What, exactly, am I supposed to do here? Nobody can answer that.
