I hung out with my sister, my mom, and my aunt. We walked around downtown, making and abandoning plans. It drove my ISFJ sister nuts a little bit, but I think even she came to enjoy my Donald Trump impression.

for some reason, I can't help to love them even though they killed my grandfather... after all, it's not like the plants mixed the charts up

A lot of people recommend Dianne Wynne Jones' Crestomanci series and Jill Murphy's The Worst Witch series. I can't vouch for either but I used to watch the televised version of The Worst Witch and it's a lot of fun, very much like Harry Potter.

Alternatively, Phillip Pullman's Northern Lights (and others in the series if you can stomach sententiousness) is a book I hold dear to my heart. It's a fantasy/sci-fi book with impeccable world building, pacing, characters and ethical and (a)theiological concepts. It depends on her age, though, some scenes might scare her (and the ending is tragic). I read it when I was 14yo so if she's around that age, she should be fine.

Oh yes, this. I read " His Dark Materials" of Pullman about the same age. It's magical and mysterious. I liked it very much.

@Sultan of Beans you can also give her something of T. Pratchett. It's different, but really funny and if she likes it, she will have a lot to read.

I she is younger, like primary school- maybe Narnia
She may like "Neverending story" of Ende too. Fantasy book about boy who steals book and it takes his to another world called Fantastica.
