My recent experience with melatonin before bed was quite interesting. Yes, I dreamt vividly for the first time in awhile but that is to be expected. What really caught my interest was the fact that when I "woke up" in the morning, I was still dreaming and whenever I closed my eyes again, whatever happened then would convince me that it happened while my eyes were open. For example , I tottally thought when I checked my phone it said 1:00am but when I opened my eyes to look at my phone it was 7:30am.And I also heard my brother talking to me from across the room, but when I looked over he was sound asleep. Nothing too interesting but just some observations I had. I don't remember the dosage because I assumed it was impossible to overdose on melatonin. Definitely not as amazing as my adventures on Sleep Paralysis though.
Also it's good to note that this is one of the rare occasions when I don't feel like utter shit after waking up!
