I know this is pedantry, but they got a good chunk of their video clips from 'In A World...' which was explicitly criticizing vocal fry. It's kinda like showing clips from Airplane on an expose on the airline industry.
I count one clip, and she wasn't explicitly criticizing vocal fry at the time.
She did lampoon "sexy baby vocal virus" right afterward though, which does combine vocal fry and uptalking with an unnaturally high-pitched voice.
My Mom used to make this "pepper jelly" when I was a kid. I was too young to appreciate it, and I don't know if it used habanero peppers, but she'd typically serve it on slices of soft white cheese (maybe it was cream cheese), and everyone would rave about it and ask her about the recipe.
