First World Problem of the Week: I need to listen to a podcast as part of a project for AP Psych. A lot of the other kids are engrossed in it and have finished the whole first season already. I can't do it half as fast because I'm a bad auditory learner, and I can't really get engrossed in this kind of program when it's presented in a fully auditory format.

There's a transcript of the series available, but that would be like rooting through a file cabinet, which is even worse.

So yeah, that's why I'm here.

Planning on trading my quarter-sized metal-string Acoustic for a Yamaha or another such nylon-stringed classical, as they're much easier to pluck.

Oh no, that's not the way to go, you need to get the heaviest strings possible and play only barre chords requiring the use of your pinky finger.

I think I'm buying this toy, it's kind of to a dulcimer what a uke is to a guitar.

I want to fingerpick, possibly study Classical guitar. Not ideal.

I do, however, also have an electric. Its strings are as good for fingerpicking as anything.

I swear, nerdy old instruments like these turn me on so hard. Once I've mastered guitar, I wanna inquire into Banjo just for recreation. And maybe the Balalaika.

Milhouse: I'm not a nerd. Nerds are smart.
Winterman is coming through the forest down to his Chrimbus cave inside the woods. Now's the time to tell him everything you want inside your Chrimbus bush!
