I love the witty TXT exchanges with my girlfriend. I also like the manner in which she's trying to push me out of my comfort zone; it never feels like an ultimatum, but rather more like an experiment or an adventure.

I feel like I've become a better person since I've met her, not worse.

The events of the day that I'm going on about on the past page don't affect me too much because it seems insignificant in light of other developments.

It's 80 in my country. Were it a US state, it would be 9th, right after Utah.

P.S.: Hmm, on the site you linked to, it's 80.1. Then it would be 6th.
Interesting. As a US state mine would be second after Hawaii. 81 years (83.5 for women).
It's interesting to see the great differences between wealthy and poorer US states. The bottom ranks are all in the deep south.

Ah shit, if you replaced me with someone else it wouldn't make any difference.

Somehow managed to burn a hole the size of my palm into a cotton grocery bag by putting it on the ground at a bus station - apparently on top of what must have been a still simmering cigarette bud (strangely didn't see it at any point). At first I only wondered where the smell came from and asked MH if he was smoking a new brand but he hadn't even lit his. Then I saw smoke coming from the bottom of the bag! We extinguished it with some beverage that happened to be on hand. Now the groceries smell of burned cloth.

People, if you gotta smoke, at least make sure you fully extinguish your coffin nails when you throw them away (also, there are public ashtrays so no need to litter)

Sometimes I wish my conscience would shut up once in a while and let me be a jerk. I'd love to be able to tell some people that they're idiotic mouth-breathers who are taking up space on this planet which could be occupied by more useful things. Like ottomans.
