You'd think that, since I'm an introvert, this wouldn't bother me. But being unable to speak is surprisingly frustrating.

Actually, texting and email work quite well in such situations.

When I was working from home most of the time, not being able to speak was hardly ever a problem.

Every time an American confuses social market economy with socialism a bunny dies. 9 out of 10 times the term "socialism" is misapplied. Think of the poor bunnies, people!!!

There's a reason the bunnies breed like rabbits ...

I was texting my roommate last night, while we were both in the living room. She was torn between wanting to strangle me and laughing her ass off.

Months ago I announced a secession from the human race, but I didn't have much of an idea as to where I wanted to go from there. I think I'll try being an alien-vampire hybrid.

They say there is "No such thing as a stupid question", but there is, and the fact whether its stupid or not stands in the eye of the person who asked the question. If a question takes between 1-5 seconds(roughly, not exact science here) of thought from the person who asked it to answer his or her own question it was a stupid question.

We are all guilty of stupid questions
Take what I say with a grain of salt, because that's all it is compared to the ocean of complexity when it comes to actions and real life.

When some teacher or another has said, "Any questions? ... No one? Come on, there's no such thing as a stupid question," I've been known to raise my hand and get called on and ask:
