lol it's called pareidolia...People with creative minds like ENFP's etc, tend to spot it more often than most. It's an interesting gift to have. I'm writing a book, movie script on a boy with pareidolia vision at the moment. Interesting to say the least.

I resolve to find the right situation to use the word "amok" in a non-comical sense.

I think it would be remarkably apropos in the "3rd Wave Feminism" thread.

@BadOctopus @Qlip I need more opportunities to use both the word "amok" and the word "apropos".

I use apropos all the time.

In fact, it is almost always apropos to discuss whether something is apropos.
An argument is two people sharing their ignorance.

A discussion is two people sharing their understanding, even when they disagree.

In a similar vein, I felt instantly closer to a friend of mine when she used the word "apt". So few people use it these days.

So I guess were up to, "I stood there, arms akimbo, wondering, 'Would be be apropos to say they are apt at running amok?'"

Granted, this is an ENFP prerogative, but between that thread and another referencing supposed common knowledge about jealousy, I fell into a despair prompted by the apparent fact that people, despite being people, have little knowledge or interest in what being a person can encompass.

If you can fit the word "awry" somewhere in that sentence, you'll be my hero.
