When you shell out close to $700 for something, you better damn well expect it to be flawless. What kind of workmanship is this, Apple? You used to have great quality.
Only the first one is a NEW iPhone. The rest are "refurbished", which means that they started out with manufacturing defects before they ever got to you.

What's appalling is that the new iPhone came with defects right out of the box. It should not be the case.

Now I'm debating with myself if I want to pursue this matter.

Of course. My point is that only the first one has a low chance of defects. Everything after that has a much higher chance.

IME refurbished products from Apple usually have less defects because of "extensive testing". The ones in retail are usually rushed to meet demand.

I could go for a bacon, lettuce, tomato, and avocado sandwich. On a croissant. Oh muh goodness.
