    Why is it that I can remember songs from Disney movies that I haven't seen in twenty years, but I can't remember people's names, or where I put my keys?

He seemed like there was something deeply wrong with him on a fundamental level. Fans of the show usually disagree with me on this, though.

    Interesting. My ex said pretty much the same thing a few years ago: too histrionic for his taste, couldn't watch it. But when I rewatched it a few days ago with my current SO we both actually really liked his style. Guess it's a simple question of taste.

    Also, Brett really did suffer from mental health issues (bipolar disorder), especially towards the end of the series!

    When was the last time you sang people's names or sang about where you put your keys?! Huh?!
    <Cue music ...>
    I put my keys
    on the bed-side table
    so if I please
    I leave when I'm able!
    <dance around>
    <music ends>

    Another character comes up, asking, "Shall we head out?"
    You reply, "Dammit I lost my keys again."

    OK, I guess that doesn't work either ...

    Of course :')
    We're a lukewarm people for all our feast days and hard work.
    Not much touches us, but we long to be touched. We lie awake
    at night willing the darkness to part and show us a vision. Our
    children frighten us in their intimacy, but we make sure they
    grow up like us. Lukewarm like us
