Because of his funny way of speaking, I've adopted his last name as a word to allude to all Canadians with similar funny-person accents as a heuristic. It's purely scientific.
1. Person with funny Canadian accent due to learning French better than English.
2. Person with funny Canadian undercut, usually male, but can be female too.
3. Person from Canada that pronounces computer as (come-poo-ter) or says eh, ever or at all, even one time.
4. person from Canada.
Rather than his accent, it is the tendency to weave all words into a continuous flow that makes his speech funny to me. And indeed that is a feature of French.
....I can forgive you
And soon I'll forget all my shattered dreams
Although you left me with nothing to show
But all misery
Yeah, the scratch-off lotto screwed me over again.

“Pleasure to me is wonder—the unexplored, the unexpected, the thing that is hidden and the changeless thing that lurks behind superficial mutability. To trace the remote in the immediate; the eternal in the ephemeral; the past in the present; the infinite in the finite; these are to me the springs of delight and beauty.” ~ H.P. Lovecraft
