Never depend on others for happiness, because people will always fail you. If you wanna be happy in life, you must always rely on yourself.

People change. The person who is dependable today might become unreliable tomorrow. The person who loves you today might end up falling out of love with you tomorrow. The person who is your best friend today might end up becoming your enemy tomorrow.

You can never trust anyone fully, nor can you rely on anyone fully.

Like what my INTJ dad often told me, "Trust nobody in this world." and I actually agree with what he said.

To trust a person, we have to know who a person really is.
But how much can we know about a person, really? Even family members whom we have lived together for many years, there are still some secrets about them that we will never know.
Nobody can ever fully understand another person. Everybody has a dark side in them, and you never know what someone's dark side is until they unleashed it on you.

I am amazed why some people think they can get away with lying when they are on camera.

I can feel it fixing, not making or breaking not forcing or expecting. I mean sticking and kicking and if I see it sticking and kicking I start kicking back.

But words always feel a bit empty in these type of thoughts, actions give it weight. Otherwise what would be the point. A balance, fuck yeah! Always about the balance.

… a theory is primarily a form of insight, i.e. a way of looking
at the world, and not a form of knowledge of how the world is….
.. all our different ways of thinking are to be considered as
different ways of looking at the one reality, each with some
domain in which it is clear and adequate….

I just bought that bar on a makeup run to Walgreens.

Definitely a fantastic food. I feel like the chocolate overwhelms the marzipan, though. I had to peel some off & eat it separately to get an idea of what actual marzipan tastes like.

This was a clear indication that I need to buy the kind @Red Herring suggested, as well.

Thanks again to both of you!
