To do this, I had actually started on this a while ago, before typing, I wrote a theory book..
I used to scoff at my emotions, I hated them.. disregarded them, because others around me didnt experience them as i did.. I didnt think they were appropriate and to a certain extent that is what society says.. but I knew better than keeping with this charade..
I don't think emotions are supposed to be controlled, but understood, accepting them acknowledging them and pinpointing your purpose within them.. expressing them in a helpful way.. emotions have been a catalyst in the revolutions I've experienced in life, growth. Quite a few people say this is more of a "T" characteristic.. but, I think it is a healthy sign of growth, to want to balanced. Although I dont know if control and balance are equivalent to eachother
