    I intended to start off with an if question, not a statement - but I can very much see how it would have been interpreted elsewise. (Especially in the lack of additional context.)
    I feel like the world is so defensive/hostile (ymmv) that it's hard to seek support from the people whose opinions you value..they are apt to turn you away first. Sure there's public resources such as school counselors or hotlines, but how can their words reach me when I think they may just be saying stock phrases as part of their job?

    yeah. and there's so many people out there and no one really knows anything. but we all think we know everything, so it's just hard to be understood, and so i've just stopped talking.
