my favorite thing (sarcasm) when someone says something insensitve/ignorant about a mental illness or about them as a whole, but follows it with I've had depression so i understand. sorry princess, depression is not the same caliber as what your saying and what you said proves you have no clue

depression sucks, but just because you've had it doesn't mean you understand other disorders. I don't claim to understand ptsd, because I don't have experience.
    In no likes experiment.

    that is all

i dunno what else to say so

What's up with people who stop contacting me all of a sudden? Did they perhaps grow tired of my neglectfulness and social apathy? I think so, but I want people to contact me! I understand why they would be discouraged though, if only someone would understand and care enough... But that's not how life works.

Paging Dr @Noll to the anxiety ward, prescription? Human warmth.

There is no longer anything to point to beyond, nothing Other, so it points pointlessly to itself.' - Iain McGilChrist

However, it DOES help discern reality, and greatly informs my morals. Might still be anti-gay if I didn't think about WHY homosexuals were wrong to exist. I found that, unlike murder or theft, homosexuality has no victim and is thus not wrong. For something to be wrong, there has to be an unwilling, or at least uninformed, participant. That said, smoking around unwilling non-smokers would be wrong, but smoking by yourself would not. All drugs should be decriminalized, and some drugs should be outright legalized. That

Pardon me, but is homosexuality not threatening to undermine millennia-old cultural traditions, institutions and progress at this very moment, perverting marriage into a bizarre mockery of its true form, exposing innocent children to pornography and sexual abuse, vapid television shows, penis enlargement shams and so forth? Plenty of victims there.

Like slavery, segregation, polygamy, and arranged marriage?

Sell your daughter for a cow, lately? The first marriages were business deals, not relationships. Men, across many cultures, were expected to keep their wives in line, by force if necessary, until the late 19th century. In all seriousness, though, in many ancient world civilizations, most notably the classical greeks, condoned same sex relationships. Buddhism has no beef with the gays. In some native american cultures, homosexuals were and still are appointed spiritual leaders. Only the abrahamic faiths appear to have any issue with who somebody lies with and how they do it, though children are usually shown as fair game in their books.

Straight people do this too, and I believe you are confusing homosexuality with child molestation. To set the record straight, pedophilia is a mental disorder and thus not wrong so long as it is not acted on, at which point it is called child molestation.

How would letting gays marry lead to more saucy shows and cialis sells? Porno has been around as long as there has been film, and most people who use it are straight.

    False equivalency.

God intended marriage to be between a man and a woman. Showing who else in whatever time thought 2 + 2 makes 5 does not make it right.

I am not confusing them, I am correlating them, as we have learned to do many decades ago:

Not gays marrying itself, but the whole publicity and celebration of it. Just look above:
