I was thinking about why I don't like the outdoors ie camping or hiking and I think I figured it out. AC, cars, beds, heat, indoor plumbing, microwaves, stoves, coffee makers , houses/apartments, and a ton of other modern things were invented so I wouldn't have to sleep outside being eaten by bugs if I camped that would just be an insult to modern life.

Sometimes I think it's a shame we only use the metric system in our country. Like when people ask me about my weight loss and I can't make them believe I'm hilarious by answering 'Two years ago I lost fifty pounds. Some cunt stole my wallet while I was visiting the UK.'

Lonely vent chat is the best chat ever!
Deep into that darkness peering, long I stood there, wondering, fearing, doubting, dreaming dreams no mortal ever dared to dream before.

shouldn't the phrase "after dark" refer to the first hour of sunlight? because it be after it was dark. but what after dark refers to should really either be called just dark or still dark,
