I'll assume you're using an LCD screen rather than one of those huge older CRT monitors? If not, upgrade.

Have you had an eye exam recently? Your vision may have changed, leading to eyestrain, which in turn leads to a headache.

Check your neck posture and relax it and your shoulders when you read. There is a small tissue bridge between the outer covering of the brain and small muscles in the neck. Some tension headaches are caused by neck muscles pulling on the brain covering (meninges).

My dad has told me for years now that once I hit my mid 20's I'd be unable to stay up till 4am anymore, and would no longer have the desire to be a nightowl.

    Clearly he was wrong.

Yet, in such sweet irony, I kinda wish he was right.

I could go to bed now and prove him a littttttle bit right. But it's only 3:30...

So, if the international gay conspiracy had been more successful with their agenda to turn everyone gay and gays - as we all know - have sex all the time with just about anyone, would Elliot Roger have turned into a happy, healthy and emotionally balanced young man taking his lovers for a ride in his car on the weekends?
