Okay, so my head starts pounding whenever I read off of a computer screen for too long. Thing is though, I have textbooks for my courses that I can only read online for this semester.
Anyone know how I can take care of this problem, so that I can study without much of a hassle?
I'll assume you're using an LCD screen rather than one of those huge older CRT monitors? If not, upgrade.
Have you had an eye exam recently? Your vision may have changed, leading to eyestrain, which in turn leads to a headache.
Check your neck posture and relax it and your shoulders when you read. There is a small tissue bridge between the outer covering of the brain and small muscles in the neck. Some tension headaches are caused by neck muscles pulling on the brain covering (meninges).
