Just defended a book trilogy to brother and boyfriend, may have got slightly hysterical about it. But have you ever read something and then wanted to protect it? Like, it was so good that I'm afraid to recommend it to people in case their reactions are just 'meh' or they don't like it, and I can't hold it close and dear to me and keep the bad people away?

Also, they're turning it into a movie. I can see this being the worst thing ever.

Terrible things happen to good people every day.
Consequentially, I am not one of the good people.

Ugh - I wish this song would get out of my head now:

Gotta admit though, the music video creeps me out a bit.

    Happy Easter!

Abbreviations hinder the process of learning. They are only useful once a person has mastered or understood the concept behind them. So maybe one shouldn't write fMRI or SSRI. One should practice writing "functional magnetic resonance imaging" or "selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors" especially when they are in the initial stages of learning it. Once it is registered in one's brain, only then is it truly permissible to write "fMRI" or "SSRI.
