Shaving your head when you have a perfectly good set of hair? That's like using a wheelchair for fun!

    Same here.

    Then I shave it again.

    b) I have no idea how I would look bald.
    You don't until you try.

    It's like opening a gift.

    c) I am vain enough to worry about my appearance.
    As are most of us.

Perhaps I should investigate b by means of Photoshop.
    That won't work.

    You have to feel it.

    It feels incredible.

    Oh, I only buzz it.

    Use a #2.

    Never done a proper shave.

We were poor at first, then we got slightly less poor but still had maintained that ol' miserly mentality. So, no cable.

I had friends who had cable, though. One of them was oddly forbidden to watch The Simpsons but was allowed to watch Beavis and Butt-Head.

During the time that I was "bald" (as you yourself described me!) this was my primary motivation. Was just too much of a pain in the ass to bother to go get it cut.

Just do it, man. If you don't like it, it'll grow back eventually.

parents are so weird, they get these crazy ideas in their heads, and think they have to live up to an image. of course my mom was convinced if we played video games or watched cable we'd end up horrible people. So I didn't have a system til i was like 13 but we were allowed to play doom on the computer and the only reason why we got cable is my dad ordered it when my mom wasn't home

I have decided to get an electronic hair trimmer with bits for different lengths. With that, I will just cut it shorter and shorter until perfection has been reached and all the angels sing. If it turns out that extremely short/bald becomes me, I will go with that, as it seems the easiest to maintain.
