Also @Ivy I'm not orthorexic, it was you that mentioned health first! You must be kidding? I was just trying to protect the health aspects of vegetarianism/veganism. Mentioning the environment.

No it wasn't. You mentioned health in your reply to my question to Ukon as one of the reasons for becoming vegan, along with "lack of arrogance" (which is one of the funniest things I've read all week considering vegans are certainly not immune to arrogance).

I mentioned health as being one of the reasons people avoid meat, yes. It's undeniably true! What's more arrogant, causing more harm than need be done to the environment while with money supporting the killing of innocent animals for ones own satisfaction and laziness/apathy, or actively trying to minimize such terrible things? Think about it objectively, not bringing up reasons. Also no one is immune to showing arrogant behavior, depends on the person, not diet. There are both vegans and meat-eaters who are arrogant and stupid regarding their diet.

holy shit. I just got off the phone with this lady who I was drilling with questions regarding the group home and I was warm and friendly but I could tell she was intimidated behind that phone. because it's no holds barred question after question and the whole time I was "in a zone" and then I would draw back and give her words to let her know I wasn't a crazy person. but I KNOW that lady hung up and was like, "Jesus woman! I know where that expression mama bear comes from". haha! omg I feel bad and yet all full of pride because I know I do good advocating. I swear. I think I missed my calling. I should have been a private investigator. Or I should have been a mystery solver. Or a professional advocate or something. but really ... to be honest .. after all of the dust settles. I just want to be me and bake cookies and go to the sauna and RELAX. omg. you have no idea what it's like to be in "survival mode" FOR YEEEEARS. and to know that so very soon. I won't need to fight anymore. ... it's so crazy. I can only hope I'm not deemed an insane person when it's all over. I don't think I'm insane. I mean, I know I'm a little crazy. But I just don't want to REALLY be a crazy person. It's complicated. :p

Never wrestle with a pig. You will get dirty and the pig will enjoy it.
