You know what's funny, when you said this to me the other day, I actually stopped and thought, 'Hey you know what, I actually haven't been getting enough vitamin C lately... which could be one of the reasons why my immune system has been feeling rather week lately.'
Later on that day I went to the store and bought two bags of mini sweet peppers, which have an enormous amount of vitamin C in them. I think only two mini peppers is more than 100%DV of vitamin C. So now I'm getting my vitamin C levels back up.
I popped 250 mg of vitamin c about 10 minutes ago.
The east and the west are mine, the north and the south are mine. All seems beautiful to me.

Raising a daughter is an honor and a privilege. I've observed many great moms doing great by their daughters. We all do the best we can do. But also I observe mothers teaching their daughters that to get by in life- is to use your sexuality and popularity to do so. To the point where these moms are NUTZ about training their daughters to become these sexual beings. And also mothers who shamelessly chase men they know nothing about- right in front of their daughter. Teaching them that desperation and shamlessness is how you catch a man. Dear God in heaven- thank you for the strong parents you gave me and the bitch attitude you gave me that puts my kid first and her confidence level first. There is not a higher priority to me than raising a confident, smart, loving child who can take care of herself and who loves herself. May the girls being taught differently rise above this nonesense. And may my sweet, precious and amazing daughter who is such a gift to my life- never even dream of behaving in a way that puts her dignity----in any way ----- at stake. Amen!
It takes courage to grow up and become who you really are. ~e.e. cummings
