I looooove the sound of water. It must be ingrained in us. Water is life. To our early ancestors the sound of water was the sound of life. I can only imagine we are primed to that sound. So calming and peaceful. You will live another day.

two days ago: ran a mile and a half
yesterday: ran a straight 2 miles
today: despite the killing soreness in my legs and knees, I ran another 2 miles.
tomorrow: 2.5 miles even if I do feel like I could use crutches.
