The specific heat capacity and density of water multiplied together at standard conditions and corrected for units equals 500 BTUh-min/°F. The specific heat capacity and density of water at our altitude, corrected for our working temperature, does not equal 450. Where the hell did you come up with 450!?
Why can't we use 500? It'll be off by maybe 3%. If we use 450 we'll be 5-10% off!
EDIT: Oh. You're going to use glycol, not water. The specific heat capacity and density of the glycol mixture multiplied together, corrected for units, is about 450 BTUh-min/°F.
