    I'd be more worried about accidentally cutting my feet on something. The chances of acquiring some sort of infection of the feet are pretty low compared to, say, walking barefoot in a public locker room.

    Yeah, I'd be worried about glass or something like that- walking barefoot is one way we build our immune systems! how's an immune system supposed to hustle if it's never exposed to nothin'?
