From my experience alone, for whatever it's worth, I don't think it's real. At least for the really enneagram 3/4 people. You get it in your head that you have to act that way to survive.

actually, one of the suggestions mentioned forensic psychologist.

I don't recall these styles of tests being prevalent in the workforce just 4-6 years ago, when I was last hunting for a job. Is it a recent development?
I haven't "worked" in a few years due to chronic health crap (lived on my savings)- but all online applications I filled out before then were essentially like this. I remember doing online apps back in '03 when I'd turned 18. Same kinds of questions. Perhaps it depends on the jobs, I'm not sure.

Hmmm. Weird. Then again, I was usually pretty quick to find a decent job, when I have searched before. Either I'm having trouble this time finding one, or my heart's just not in it

One of my dogs is agitated because of the storm. The other one isn't afraid of storms, but he had a small surgery this afternoon and the anesthesia is still wearing off-- he just fell asleep standing up and then fell to the ground.
Masquerading as a normal person day after day is exhausting.

Fuuuuuuuck, my parents' basement got flooded tonight. My dad and I moved furniture around, peeled up carpet, threw out sopping wet underlay, shopvac-ed and mopped all night. I've been at it since 8:00pm-ish; it's now after 3:00am. My legs are jello, my back is becoming knotted and hard as a rock, I cut a finger on smoothedge... and we're not even half done. O_O
