It finally feels like summer! It's too bad that my schedule is completely screwed up.

I wonder why it is that the sharpest knives don't seem to feel sharp. It causes like... three levels of sharpness, and really, really sharp feels more similar to dull than to pretty sharp.

How do I stop sleeping so much? I've been awfully unproductive for a while.
I really like cats and food.

There was an elaborate plot involving worcestershire sauce, rosemary, a little bit of garlic powder, and salt+peppers to taste.

I pretty much just did the seasoning part on the chicken and then wrapped it. I'd also recommend cooking it in something more like a casserole dish than a cookie sheet, because it kind of creates a pool of it's own baconey juices to simmer in throughout the baking.

Low+slow cooking (350ish) = juicier chicken. Higher heat (450ish) makes the chicken a little drier, but gets the bacon crispier. I'm trying to find the sweet spot to get it just right. it's a work in progress. I might cook it on the low heat and then turn on the broiler for a couple seconds to crisp up the bacon next time.

i knew a girl who said she didn't broil.

we tried to explain to her what the broiler is and why it's amazing but she just flat out refused to broil. i found that rather obstinate.

i respect your broiling lifestyle choice.
Don't know how much it'll bend til it breaks.
